      The 40L40CWPbF is designed as center tap schottky rectifier,which has been optimized for very low forward voltage drop, with moderate leakage.It would be reliable to have the operation up to 150° C junction temperature which the help of the proprietary barrier technology. The typical applications of 40L40CWPbF are in switching power supplies.
      40L40CWPbF has seven features.The first one is that it would have 150° C Tj operation.The second one is that it would be center tap TO-247 package.The third one is that 40L40CWPbF would have high purity, high temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance.Thr fourth one is that it would have very low forward voltage drop.The fifth one is that it would have high frequency operation.The sixth one is that 40L40CWPbF would have guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.The last one is that it would be lead-Free ("PbF" suffix).That are all the features.
