Typical applications of 444CNQ035 are in high current switching power supplies, plating power supplies, UPS systems, converters, free-wheeling diodes,welding, and reverse battery protection.

The 444CNQ035 has six features.The first one is 125 TJ operation.The second one of 444CNQ035 is center tap module.The third one is high purity,high temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance.The fourth one is low forward voltage drop.The fifth one of 444CNQ035 is high frequency operation.The last one is guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.
