54LS273DMQB

The 54LS273DMQB is designed as a high speed 8-bit register, consisting of eight D-type flip-flops with a common clock and an asynchronous active low master reset. This device is supplied in a 20-pin package featuring 0.3 inch row spacing.

It has four features. (1)Edge-triggered. (2)8-bit high speed register. (3)Parallel in and out. (4)Common clock and master reset. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be 7V. (2)Its input voltage would be 7V. (3)Its operating free-air temperature range would be from -55°C to 125°C. (4)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its input clamp voltage would be max -1.5V. (2)Its high level output voltage would be min 2.5V with conditions of Vcc=min and Ioh=max and Vil=max. (3)Its low level output voltage would be max 0.4V with conditions of Vcc=min and Iol=max and Vih=min. (4)Its input current at max input voltage would be max 0.1mA. (5)Its high level input current would be max 20mA. (6)Its low level input current would be max -0.4mA. (7)Its short circuit output current would be min -20mA and max -100mA. (8)Its supply current would be max 27mA. (9)Its maximum clock frequency would be min 30MHz. (10)Its propagation delay CP to Qn would be max 32ns. (11)Its propagation delay /MR to Qn would be max 32ns for tPLH. (12)Its recommended supply voltage would be min 4.5V and typ 5V and max 5.5V.
