54LS573 General Description
The 54LS573 is designed as one kind of octal D-type transparent latch device that can be used in wide range of applications such as implementing buffer registers, I/O ports, bidirectional bus drivers, and working registers. And the features of this device are:(1)3-state buffer-type outputs drive bus lines directly; (2)bus-structured pinout; (3)true logic outputs; (4)package options include plastic small-outline (DW) packages, ceramic chip carriers (FK), standard plastic (N) and ceramic (J) 300-mil DIPs, and ceramic flat (W) packages.
The absolute maximum ratings of the 54LS573 can be summarized as:(1)Supply voltage: 7 V;(2)Input voltage: 7 V;(3)Voltage applied to a disabled 3-state output: 5.5 V;(4)Operating free-air temperature range: -55°C to 125°C;(5)Storage temperature range: -65°C to 150°C.
