The 6566 is a member of the MARC4 family of low cost, single chip CMOS microcontrollers. This 4-bitmC contains an on-chip RC oscillator, CPU core, RAM, ROM, I/O, 32-kHz crystal oscillator, 15-stage prescaler/intervaltimer and liquid crystal display driver circuitry.
