6700 series

The 6700 series is a miniature bimetallic snap acting thermostat which provides accurate and reliable sensing and switching in a single device.Primarilly developed for thermal management applications for thermal management applications on power supplies,it is alos ideally suited for use on crowded P.C.boards.

The specifications of the 6700 series can be summarized as:(1): contact operations:either open on rise or close on rise; (2): operating temperature range:40 to 110; (3): standard operating temperature tolerance: 5 nominal; (4): short term exposure limit:260,10 sec;(5): dielectric strength:1480 VAC 60 Hz, 1 second terminals to case; (6): insulation resistance:100 Megohms at 500 VDC; (7): weight:appox.0.5 grams; (8): humidity: moisture resistance per Mlt-Std-202F, Method 106E; (9): solderability:terminal material is selectitively striped with 60/40 solder for improved solderability.
