Typical applications are in disk drives, switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes, battery charging, and reverse battery protection.
The 6CWQ05F and 6CWQ06F have six features.The first one is popular D-PAK outline.The second one is center tap configuration.The third one is small foot print, surface mountable.The fourth one is low forward voltage drop.The fifth one is high frequency operation.The sixth one is guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.
