Description

The 74ALVC14PW is designed as a high-performance, low-power, low-voltage, Si-gate CMOS device and superior to most advanced CMOS compatible TTL families. It provides six inverting buffers with schmitt-trigger action. It is capable of transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals.

The ten features of the 74ALVC14PW. (1)Wide supply voltage range from 1.65V to 3.6V. (2)3.6V tolerant inputs/outputs. (3)CMOS low power consumption. (4)Direct interface with TTL levels (2.7V to 3.6V). (5)Power-down mode. (6)Unlimited input rise and fall times. (7)Latch-up performance exceeds 250mA. (8)Complies with JEDEC standard: JESD8-7 (1.65V to 1.95V), JESD8-5 (2.3V to 2.7V), JESD8-B/JESD36 (2.7V to 3.6V). (9)ESD protection: HBM EIA/JESD22-A114-B exceeds 2000V, MM EIA/JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200V. (10)Multiple package options. Those are all the main features.
