74HC40103PW

The 74HC40103PW is one member of the 74HC40103 family which is designed as the high-speed Si-gate CMOS device that has four points of features:(1)cascadable; (2)synchronous or asynchronous preset; (3)output capability: standard; (4)Icc category: MSI. And this device contains a single 8-bit binary counter and has control inputs for enabling or disabling the clock (CP). Also it can be used in (1)divide-by-n counters; (2)programmable timers; (3)interrupt timers; (4)cycle/program counters.
