The 74LVT16240MTDX is one member of the 74LVT16240 family which is designed as the low voltage 16-bit inverting buffer / line driver device that is fabricated with an advanced BiCMOS technology to achieve high speed operation similar to 5V ABT while maintaining a low power dissipation.
