8044AH

The 8044AH is designed as high performance 8-bit microcontroller with on-chip serial communication controller.

It has many features. The first one is optimized for real time control 12 MHz clock, priority interrupts, 32 programmable I/O lines, two 16-bit timer/counters. The second one boolean processor. The third one is 4K x 8 ROM and 192 x 8 RAM. The fourth one is 64K accessible external program memory. The fifth one is 64K accessible external data memory. The sixth one is 4us multiply and divide. The seventh one is serial communication processor that operates concurrently to CPU. The eighth one is 2.4Mbps maximum data rate. The ninth one is 375Kbps using on-chip phase locked loop. The tenth one is communication software in silicon which means complete data link functions and automatic station response. The eleventh one is operates as an SDLC primary or secondary station. Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its ambient temperature under bias which would be from 0°C to 70°C. The second one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to -150°C. The third one is about its voltage on EA, Vpp pin to Vss which would be from -0.5V to -21.5V. The fourth one is about its voltage on any other pin to Vss which would be from -0.5V to -7V. The fifth one is about its power dissipation which would be 2W. The sixth one is about its logic 0 input current which would be max -500uS. The seventh one is about its input leakage current which would be max ±10uA.
