9002

The 9002 is active low level output and gates commonly know as NAND gates.

The following is about the electrical characteristics of 9002: (1)input high voltage: 1.9V min at guaranteed input high threshold; (2)input low voltage: 0.85V max at guaranteed input low threshold; (3)output high voltage: 2.4V min at vcc=4.75V, IOH=-1.2mA, inputs at VIL; (4)output low voltage: 0.45V max at VCC=5.25V, IOH=16mA, VIN=5.25V; (5)input high current: 60A max at VCC=5.25V, VIN=4.5V, gnd on other inputs; (6)input low current: -1.6mA max at VCC=5.25V, VIN=4.5V, 5.25V on other inputs.
