Advanced CMOS technology makes the 93AA46AT-I/OT suitable for low power, nonv olatile memory applications. The whole 93XX Series is available in standard packages consisting 8-lead PDIP and SOI C, and advanced packaging containing 8-lead MSOP, 6-lead SOT-23, and 8-lead TSSOP.
