ICS954103 is an Intel CK410-generation programmable clock synthesizer. It provides a single chip solution for nextgeneration P4 Intel processors and Intel chipsets. ICS954103 is driven with a 14.318MHz crystal. It generates CPU outputs upto 400MHz and provides highly accurate clocks for Serial ATA and PCI-Express support. Programmability allows for flexibleclocking schemes to maximize system performance.
