Description

The XRD 512-400 CL series is a digital x-ray detector based on 8" amorphous silicon detectors operating as two-dimensional photodiode arrays. The detectors are well suited to perform digital x-ray imaging and contain all drive and readout electronics including an x-ray interlock. The information is digitized in 16 bits to achieve highest dynamic range and contrast. With a pixel size of 400 m, an image size of 512x512 pixels, a frame rate of 7.4 Hz, and a special carbon fiber cover plate, the XRD 512-400 CL detectors are designed to fulfill the requirements of a variety of very low x-ray dose Medical and Industrial application.
