97 Series

      The 97 series is designed as general oscillator.
      Some important specifications have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its frequency range which would be from 0.5 to 125MHz. The next one is about its overall stability (+/-) which would have the minimum of 10ppm and would have the maximum of 100ppm. The next one is about its supply voltage which would have the minimum of 3.3V and would have the maximum of 5V. The next one is about its operating temperature range which would be min from 0 to 70°C and would max from -55 to 125°C. The next one is about its capacitive load on output which would be typ 15pF and max 50pF. The next one is about its TTL load on output which would be min 1 TTL and max 10 TTL. The next one is about its supply current which would be 20mA at 5V from 0.5 to 23.9MHz and would be 30mA at 5V from 24 to 49.9MHz and would be 40mA at 5V from 50 to 69.9MHz and would be 60mA at 5V from 70 to 125MHz and would be 15mA at 3.3V from 0.5 to 23.9MHz and would be 20mA at 3.3V from 24 to 49.9MHz and would be 30mA at 3.3V from 50 to 69.9MHz and would be 45mA at 3.3V from 70 to 125MHz.
      Also there are some other important specifications about it. The first one is about its output voltage which would be min 4.5V for high level and would be max 0.5V for low level with supply voltage of 5V and would be min 2.4V for high level and would be max 0.5V for low level with supply voltage of 3.3V. The next one is about its symmetry (%) which would be min 40:60 and typ 45:55 and would be max 48:52. The next one is about its jitter which would be typ 1ps. The next one is about its rise / fall time (frequency dependant) which would be min 1ps and typ 8ps and max 10ps. The next one is about its start up time which would be max 10ms. And so on.
