The A3949SLB-T is one member of the A3949 family which designed as one kind of DMOS full-bridge motor driver that designed for PWM (pulse width modulated) control of dc motors, it is capable of peak output currents to ±2.8 A and operating voltages to 36 V.And the input terminals of this device are provided for use in controlling the speed and direction of a dc motor with externally applied PWM control signals.

Features of the A3949SLB-T are:(1)single supply operation;(2)very small outline package;(3)sleep function;(4)internal UVLO;(5)crossover current protection;(6)thermal shutdown protection.And it can be used in a lead-free version (100% matte tin leadframe).
