A3966SLB-TR-T

The A3966SLB-TR-T is a kind of dual full-bridge PWM motor driver. It is designed to drive both windings of a twophase bipolar stepper motor. The device includes two H-bridges. For each bridge, a PHASE input controls load-current polarity by selecting the appropriate source and sink driver pair. It is available in 16-Lead SOIC package.
