A6801SA-T

The A6801SA-T is designed as one kind of DABiC-5 latched sink drivers. It can be used in relays, lamps, solenoids and small dc motors. Features of the A6801-SA-T are:(1)3.3 V to 5 V logic supply range;(2)to 10 MHz data input rate;(3)high-voltage, high-current outputs;(4)darlington current-sink outputs, with improved low-saturation voltages;(5)CMOS, TTL compatible inputs;(6)output transient protection;(7)internal pull-down resistors;(8)low-power CMOS latches.

This device latched-input BiMOS ICs merge high-current, mhigh-voltage outputs with CMOS logic. And the CMOS input section consists of 4 or 8 data ('D' type) latches with associated common CLEAR, STROBE, and OUTPUT ENABLE circuitry. Also the CMOS inputs are compatible with standard CMOS circuits.

The absolute maximum ratings of the A6801SA-T can be summarized as:(1)output voltage, VCE:50 V;(2)supply voltage:7 V;(3)input voltage range, VIN:-0.3 V to VDD+0.3 V;(4)continuous collector current:600 mA;(5)operating temperature range (ambient temperature, TA):-20°C to +85°C;(6)operating temper-ature range (storage temperature, Ts):-55°C to +150°C.
