AA8-7674-TCA

The AA8-7674-TCA is one member of the AA8-7674 family which is designed as the triple-channel PWM controller that provides an integrated triple-channel pulse-width-modulation (PWM) solution for the power supply of DC-DC system; this device AA8-7674-TCA offers system engineer the flexibility to custom-make the power supply circuitry to a specific application. Each channel contains its own error amplifier, PWM comparator, dead-time control (DTC) and output driver.
