General Description
AAT3232IGV-2.5-T1 General Description
The AAT3232 Low Dropout Linear Regulator isideal for portable applications where longerbattery life is critical. It features low quiescentcurrent (30µA typical) and low dropout voltage(300mV max) at full output current. The device isable to protect itself from short circuit conditionswith fold back current limiting. Thermal shutdownis activated to prevent damage under extremeconditions.
The AAT3232 also features a low-powershutdown mode for longer battery life. A pin isprovided to improve PSRR performance, byconnecting an external capacitor from theAAT3232's reference output to ground.The AAT3232 is available in a space saving 5-pinSOT-23 in 7 factory programmed voltages of2.5V, 2.7V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.5V and 3.8V.
