The 74AC/ACT11239 has two independent decoders,each accepting two binary weighted inputs(nA0,nA1)and providing four mutually exclusive active  high outout (nY0-nY3).each decoder has active-low enable(nE)when E is high,every output is forced low.the enable can be used as the data input for a 1-of-4 demultiplexer applicationnamespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
