The ACPL-M46U-000E is an extended temperature IPM interface optocoupler for used in the industrial applications. it consists of a AlGaAs optically coupled to an integrated high gain photo detector. Minimized propagation delay difference between devices make these optocouplers excellent solutions for improving industrial inverter/motor control efficiency through reduced switching dead time. Specification and performance plots are given for typical IPM applications.
