Description

The ACPL-W454-560E is designed as one kind of automotive wide operating temperature 1MBd digital optocoupler that can be used in (1)automotive IPM driver for DC-DC converters and motor inverters; (2)CANBus communications interface; (3)high temperature digital/analog signal isolation; (4)power transistor Isolation. This device uses an insulating layer between the light emitting diode and an integrated photon detector and has an increased common mode transient immunity of 30kV/s minimum at VCM = 1500V over extended temperature range.
