ACT534

The ACT534 is a high-speed,low power octal D-type flip-flop featuring separate D-type inputs for each flip-flop and 3-STATE outputs for bus-oriented applications.

Features of the ACT534 are:(1)ICC and IOZ reduced by 50%;(2)edge-triggered D-type inputs;(3)buffered positive edge-triggered clock;(4)3-state outputs for bus-oriented applications;(5)outputs source/sink 24mA.
