AD5380BST-5

The AD5380BST-5 is designed as a complete single supply, 40-channel, 14-bit DAC available in 100-lead LQFP package. All 40-channels have an on-chip output amplifier with rail-torail operation. It includes an internal 1.25/ 2.5V, 10ppm/°C reference, an on-chip channel monitor function that multiplexes the analog outputs to a common MON_OUT pin for external monitoring and an output amplifier boost mode that allows the amplifier settling time to be optimized.

AD5380BST-5 has seven features. (1)Guaranteed monotonic. (2)INL error would be ±4LSB max. (3)On-chip 1.25/ 2.5V, 10ppm/°C reference. (4)Temperature range would be from -40°C to +85°C. (5)Rail to rail output amplifier. (6)Package type: 100-lead LQFP (14mm x 14mm). (7)User interfaces would mean parallel, serial (SPI, QSPI, microwire and DSP compatible featuring data readback) I2C compatible interface. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of AD5380BST-5 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its AVdd to AGND would be from -0.3V to +7V. (2)Its DVdd to DGND would be from -0.3V to +7V. (3)Its digital inputs to GND would be from -0.3V to DVdd+0.3V. (4)Its SDA/SCL to DGND would be from -0.3V to +7V. (5)Its digital outputs to DGND would be from -0.3V to DVdd+0.3V. (6)Its REFIN/ REFOUT to AGND would be from -0.3V to AVdd+0.3V. (7)Its AGND wo DGND would be from -0.3V to +0.3V. (8)Its VOUT0-39 to AGND would be from -0.3V to AVdd+0.3V. (9)Its analog input AGND would be from -0.3V to AVdd+0.3V. (10)Its operating temperature range commercial (B version) would be from -40°C to +85°C. (11)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to +150°C. (12)Its junction temperature would be max 150°C. (12)Its 100-lead LQFP package thermal impedance would be 44°C/W.
