AD590MH

The AD590MH is one member of the AD590 family which designed as one kind of two-terminal integrated circuit temperature transducer that produces an output current proportional to absolute temperature with supply voltages between +4 V and +30 V.The device acts as a high impedance, constant current regulator passing 1 mA/K and combined with the elimination of support circuitry.
