AD7534KN

The AD7534KN is one member of the AD7534 family which designed as a 14-bit monolithic CMOS D/A converter which uses thin-film resistors and laser trimming to achieve excellent linearity. The device is configured to accept right-justified data in two bytes from an 8-bit data bus. Standard Chip Select and Memory Write logic is used to access the DAC. Address lines A0 and A1 control internal register loading and transfer.

Features of the AD7534KN are:(1)all grades 14-bit monotonic over the full temperature;(2)full 4-quadrant multiplication;(3)microprocessor-compatible with double buffered inputs;(4)exceptionally low gain temperature coefficient, 0.5 ppm/ typ.;(5)small 20-pin DIP and surface mount package;(6)low output leakage (<20 nA) over the full temperature range. And it can be used in microprocessor based control systems, digital audio reconstruction, high precision servo control and control and messurement in high temperature.

The absolute maximum ratings of the AD7534KN can be summarized as:(1)VDD to DGND:-0.3 V to +17 V;(2)Vss to AGND:-15 V to +0.3 V;(3)lead temperature (soldering, 10 secs):+300;(4)storage temperature:-65 to +150;(5)operating temperature range:0 to +70;(6)AGND to DGND:-0.3 V to VDD;(7)digital input voltage (pins 7-18) to DGND:-0.3 to VDD.
