AD8307ARZ-RL7

The AD8307ARZ-RL7 is designed as one kind of low cost DC-500 MHz, 92 dB logarithmic amplifier that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)Conversion of signal level to decibel form; (2)Transmitter antenna power measurement; (3)Receiver signal strength indication (RSSI); (4)Low cost radar and sonar signal processing; (5)Network and spectrum analyzers (to 120 dB); (6)Signal level determination down to 20 Hz; (7)True decibel ac mode for multimeters. This device is the first logarithmic amplifier made available in an 8-lead (SOIC-8) package and is a complete 500 MHz monolithic demodulating logarithmic amplifier based on the progressive compression (successive detection) technique.
