ADL5801

The ADL5801 is designed as one kind of highly linear, doubly balanced, passive mixer core that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)Cellular base station receivers; (2)Radio link downconverters; (3)Broadband block conversion; (4)Instrumentation. Also this device is fabricated using a SiGe high performance IC process.
