ADL5902

The ADL5902 is designed as one kind of true rms responding power detector device that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)Power amplifier linearization/control loops; (2)Transmitter power controls; (3)Transmitter signal strength indication (TSSI); (4)RF instrumentation. Also this device is supplied in a 4 mm × 4 mm, 16-lead LFCSP for operation over the wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
