ADM238LJR

The ADM238LJR is designed as one kind of +5 V powered CMOS RS-232 driver / receiver that can be used in wide range of aaplications such as (1)computers; (2)peripherals; (3)modems; (4)printers; (5)instruments. This device features a low power shutdown mode that reduces power dissipation to less than 5 mW and does not requires any external components and are particularly useful in applications where printed circuit board space is critical.
