The ADP150 is designed as one kind of ultralow noise, 150 mA CMOS linear regulator device that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)Mobile phones; (2)Digital camera and audio devices; (3)Portable and battery-powered equipment; (4)Post dc-to-dc regulation; (5)Portable medical devices; (6)RF, PLL, VCO, and clock power supplies. And this device is available in 14 fixed output voltage options, ranging from 1.8 V to 3.3 V.
