ADP1612

The ADP1612 is designed as one kind of 650 kHz /1.3 MHz step-up PWM DC-to-DC switching converter device that can be used in (1)TFT LCD bias supplies; (2)Portable applications; (3)Industrial/instrumentation equipment applications. And this device is available in the lead-free 8-lead MSOP.
