ADP1655

The ADP1655 is designed as one kind of dual LED flash driver device that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)Camera-enabled cellular phones and smart phones; (2)Digital still cameras, camcorders, and PDAs. And this device comes in a compact 12-ball 0.5 mm pitch WLCSP package and is specified over the full -40°C to +125°C junction temperature range.

Features of the ADP1655 are:(1)Thermal overload protection; (2)Flash timeout; (3)Inductor fault detection; (4)Output overvoltage; (5)Short circuit protection; (6)Soft start reduces inrush input current; (7)Small 2 mm * 1.5 mm 12-ball WLCSP package; (8)Tiny, low profile 2.2 H power inductor; (9)LED current source for local LED grounding and low EMI; (10)Synchronous 2 MHz PWM boost convertor, no external diode.
