ADP2140

The ADP2140 is designed as one kind of 3 MHz, 600 mA, low quiescent current buck with 300 mA LDO Regulator device that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)Mobile phones; (2)Personal media players; (3)Digital camera and audio devices; (4)Portable and battery-powered equipment. And this device is used with two 0603 capacitors, one 0402 capacitor, one 0402 resistor, and one 0805 chip inductor.
