ADS7852Y

The ADS7852Y is designed as an 8-channel, 12-bit analog-to-digital (A/D) converter complete with sample-and-hold, internal 2.5V reference and a full 12-bit parallel output interface. Typical power dissipation is 13mW at at 500kHz throughput rate.

ADS7852Y has nine features. (1)2.5V internal reference. (2)8 input channels. (3)500KHz sampling rate. (4)Single 5V supply. (5)+/-1LSB: INL, DNL. (6)Guaranteed no missing codes. (7)70dB SINAD. (8)Low power 13mW. (9)TQFP-32 package. Those are all the main features.

(5)Its +Vss to AGND would be from -0.3V to 6V. (6)Its power dissipation would be 325mW. (7)Its maximum junction temperature would be 150°C. (8)Its operating temperature range would be from -40°C to 85°C. (9)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (10)Its lead temperature soldering 10s would be 300°C.
