ADXRS652

The ADXRS652 is designed as one kind of complete angular rate sensor (gyroscope) device that can be used in (1)Industrial applications; (2)Inertial measurement units; (3)Platform stabilization applications. And this device is available in a 7 mm × 7 mm × 3 mm BGA chip-scale package.
