The MMIC provides LNB manufacturers the ability to produce in high volumes LNBs with low component count, high reliability, and exceptional price-performance ratios.
Here are the features. AKD2575 is the integted monolithic down convert. And it is 7 dB noise Figure. It is 35 dB Conversion Gain. It is small size. It is low cost. It is high reliability.
The Maximum Ratings and Electrical Characteristics of AKD2575 are these (@TA=25°C unless otherwise specified). VDD is from 0V to +8.0 V. Vss is from 0 to -8.0 V. VLO is from -5 to +10 V. VRF or VIF is from -10 to +10 V. The case temperature rang is from -55 to 85. The storage temperature rang is from -55 to 100. The soldering temperature range is 250. The soldering time is 15s. The input power RF is 10 dBm. The input power Lo is 17 dBm.
