AM2130-10PC

The AM2130-10PC is one member of the AM2130 family which is designed as the 1K x 8 dual-port static RAM family which is designated as the slave device. The master provides the necessary control signal to the slave devices to facilltate implementing a wider data bus in a system. The master / slave concept allows expansion with minimal extermal logic. This device also has two chip enable signals corresponding to the left and right ports.
