AM29F080B-75EC

The AM29F080B-75EC is one member of the AM29F080B family which is designed as the 8 megabit (1 M x 8-bit) CMOS 5.0 volt-only, uniform sector flash memory that is offered in 40-pin TSOP and 44-pin SO packages. Also this device is entirely command set compatible with the JEDEC single-power-supply Flash standard and requires only a single 5.0 volt power supply for both read and write functions.
