AM29F400BB-90SI

The AM29F400BB-90SI is one member of the AM29F400 family which is designed as the 4 Megabit (512 K x 8-Bit/256 K x 16-Bit) CMOS 5.0 Volt-only boot sector flash memory that is manufactured using AMD's 0.35 m process technology. This device is entirely command set compatible with the JEDEC single-power-supply Flash standard and requires only a single 5.0 volt power supply for both read and write functions.
