The AM29F800BB-75EI is one member of the AM29F800 family which is designed as the 8 megabit (1 M x 8-Bit/512 K x 16-Bit) CMOS 5.0 volt-only, boot sector flash memory device that is manufactured using AMD's 0.35 m process technology.
