Description

AMS1004-2.5 are 2.5V micro power voltage reference diodes. These references feature a very low dynamic impedance, extremely low power drain and good temperature coefficient. The wide dynamic operating range allows its use with widely varying supplies with excellent regulation. This voltage reference can be used to make portable meters, regulators or general purpose analog circuitry.
