AN6153N

AN6153N is a kind of IC for speech network with excellent branch performance.It corporates basic speech functions to meet with various transmitters/receivers.

There are some features as follows.First is operating on a low current and voltage (2 mA,1.7 V) and excellent in branch performance.The second is capable of directly interfacing with light-weight small ceramic transmitters/receivers and with ECMs as well.Then is capable of adjusting the receiver gain by modifying the peripheral circuit constants.Next is autmatic gain control according to the size of a circuit current (automatic pad function).The fifth is capable of operating the automatic pad function from the outside.The sixth is capable of sending out onto the circuit by switching between the microphone amplifier and DTMF amplifier.The seventh is  capable of receiving the speech by switching between the receiver preamplifier and dial tone amplifier.The last one is wide receiver/transmitter dynamic range (7 dBV for the transmitter,6 dBV receiver IL=40 mA,THD=5%).

What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings (Ta=25).The V_L (supply voltage) is 14.4 V.The I_L (supply current) is 120 mA.The P_D (power dissipation (Ta=60)) is 1380 mW.The T_opr (operating ambient temperature) is from -30 to +75.The T_stg (storage temperature) is from -55 to +150.Then is about the recommended operating range.The V_L (operating supply voltage) is from 2.5 to 11.5 V.
