General Description
The AR2001 is a single chip intergrated processor with peripherals suitable for portable and/or embedded control and computation application.There are some functions and capabilities as follows.First is 32-bit processor with seperate instruction and data cache.The second is 6 device decoder with programmable base,offset and access wait state select.Then is 1 dedicated and 6 shared general purpose I/O ports.Next is support for 32- and 16-bit SDRM device interface and 2 SDRM banks.The fifth is interrupt controller with 8 external interrupt inputs with flexible request to CPU IRQ mapping.The sixth is 316-bit programmable timers.The seventh is real time clock with alarm,stop-watch timer and watch dog timer.The eighth is ADC with touch-screen controller.The last one is crystal oscillator and clock generator PLL.
What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings.The TOP (operating temperature) is from 0 to 80℃.The TSTG (storage temperature) is from -40 to 125℃.The VDD33 (I/O supply voltage) is from -0.3 to 4.3 V.The VDD26 (core supply voltage) is from -0.3 to 3.25 V.The VIN (input voltage) is from -0.3 to VDD+0.3 V.
The following is about the DC characteristics (TOP=0 to 70℃,VDD=3.3 V±0.3 V,VSS=0 V).The minimum VIL (input low voltage) is -0.3 V and the maximum is 0.8 V.The minimum VIH (input high voltage) is 2.0 V and the maximum is VDD+0.3 V.The maximum VOL (output low voltage) is 0.4 V.The minimum VOH (output high voltage) is 2.4 V.The minimum ILI (input leakage current) and ILO (output leakage current) are both 0μA.The minimum CIN,COUT (input capacitance and output capacitance) is 3 pF and the maximum is 8 pF.
