AS4429XU

The AS4429CU is designed as one kind of 6A, high speed MOSFET drivers. Typical applications include motor controls, switch-mode power supplies, pulse transformer driver, class switching amplifiers.

It has thirteen features. (1)Latch up protected >1.5A. (2)Logic input swing negative 5V. (3)ESD 4KV. (4)Matched rise and fall times 20ns. (5)Reverse output current. (6)High peak output current 6A peak. (7)Wide operating range 4.5V to 18V. (8)High capacitance load drive 10000pF. (9)Short delay time 20ns typ. (10)Logic high input, any voltage 2.4V to Vdd. (11)Low supply current with logic 1 input 450uA. (12)Output voltage swing to within 25mV of ground or Vdd. (13)Pin out same as AS429. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be 20V. (2)Its input voltage would be -5V to Vdd. (3)Its input current would be 50mA. (4)Its power dissipation would be 1.5W. (5)Its derating factors would be 12mW/°C. (6)Its thermal impedance would be 10°C/W. (7)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 150°C. (8)Its operating temperature chip would be 150°C. (9)Its operating temperature range would be from 0°C to 70°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its input high voltage would be min 2.4V and typ 1.8V. (2)Its input low voltage would be typ 1.3V and max 0.8V. (3)Its input voltage range would be min -5V and max Vdd+0.3V. (4)Its input current would be min -10uA and max 10uA. (5)Its high output voltage would be min Vdd-0.025V. (6)Its low output voltage would be max 0.025V. (7)Its peak output current would be typ 6A. And so on.
