ASPE series

ASPE series is a kind of ceramic SMD crystal clock oscillator with voltage control.

There are some features of ASPE series as follows.First is complimentary PECL outputs.The second is compact and low in height.Then is tri state fucntion.Next is 2.5 Vdc supply voltage option.Besides,it is suitable for high density SMT.,reflow capable.The last one is tight stability option.The typical applications include telecommunications equipment,high speed switching devices and routing devices.

The following is about the standard specifications of ASPE series.The frequency range is from 1.544 MHz to 700 MHz.The operating range is from 0 to +70.The storage temperature is from -55 to +125.The maximum overall frequency stability is ±100 ppm.The supply voltage (VDD) is 3.3 Vdc±5%.The input current is 80 mA for FO<160 MHz and 120 mA for FO>160 MHz.The maximum symmetry is 40/60%.The maximum rise and fall time (Tr/Tf) is 400 pS.The output load is 50.The typical VOH (output high voltage) is 2.35 V (3.3Vdd) and 1.55 V (2.5 Vdd).The typical VOL (output low voltage) is 1.6 V (3.3Vdd) and 0.8 V (2.5 Vdd). The minimum pullability is ± 70 ppm.The maximum start-up time is 10 mS.The tristate function is "1" (VIH >= 0.7* Vdd) or open: Oscillation and "0" (VIL < 0.3* Vdd) : No oscillation/Hi Z.The maximum Jitter (12KHz - 20MHz) is 3.5pS RMS.
