AT1396AN

The AT1396AN is one member of the AT1396 family which is designed as the 6-channel DC-DC converter that can be used in DSC power supply. Features of the AT1396AN are:(1)95% efficient possible DC/DC converter; (2)combine step-up and step-down for 90% efficient boost-buck; (3)bulit-in LED driver and open LED overvoltage protection; (4)transformerless inverting controller for CCD bias; (5)2 channel built-in MOSFET current- mode PWM and 4 channel extra PWM controllers (CH-3 synchronous output); (6)up to 1mhz operating frequency; (7)shutdown current <1uA; (8)built-in soft-start function; (9)built-in short-circuit protection function; (10)QFN48 package.

The AT1396AN include 6 channels DC/DC to generate a multiple-output digital camera power-supply system:(1)step-up DC/DC converter with on-chip synchr-onous MOSFETs.(CH1); (2)step-down DC/DC converter with on-chip synchronous MOSFETs.(CH2); (3)main synchronous DC/DC controller can be configured as either a Step-Up or Step-Down converter.(CH3); (4)selectable DC/DC controller for boost/flyback/buck/inverting converters.(CH4); (5)white LED driver with open LED protection or boost controller.(CH5); (6)boost/flyback controller.(CH6).
