DescriptionThe AT29C020-12JI is one member of the AT29C020 family which is designed as the 5-volt-only in-system Flash programmable and erasable read only memory (PEROM). AT29C020-12JI has two designated memory blocks that have a programming lockout feature and provides another method for determining the end of a program or erase cycle. The hardware operation mode can be used by an external programmer to identify the correct programming algorithm for the Atmel product.
